Focus Counseling Services conducted the first Behavior Science workshop in Rotary Integrated School, Mount Abu

Focus Counseling Skills team conducted the FOCUS workshop for all the staff of Rotary Integrated School, Mount Abu. The principal Dilip Bhise & the staff took active participation in the workshop which included Behavior Personality Assessment and counseling. An important part of the FOCUS Workshops is that all knowledge is practically anchored through practical case examples and group discussions the participants gets insight in how the theory works in practice. During the program the participants also go through various activities in which he or she implements the knowledge derived from the lectures in his or her own workplace setting.

In the workshop participants are encouraged to participate actively throughout the workshop with activities, group discussions and corporate games. Through discussions and working in team participants can compare experiences and find new insights into covered topics. The participants get practical tools to use in their life both personally and professionally. Our FOCUS program ranges from half day, full day and weekend workshops.
