The image was clicked by me on Diwali evening, when I was sitting around at lake side. It was the 1st day of my tour over there(I had reached that afternoon) and I was looking for sites to photograph over there. This was the sight which fascinated me, & I wanted to capture this perfect moment & make it visible to the whole world. The image was shot from across the lake by me, and you can see the whole area lit up because of Diwali. Also a part of the image is the lake itself, and one of the most famous activities of Mount Abu- Boating.

Technical Details & Camera–
I used a 200MM zoom lens to capture this shot. It was a good choice as a zoom lens enabled me to capture a larger area in the picture, and also keep the important details in the frame highlighted & In focus.

Tips for photography
For any landscape shot, it is advisable to use as wider an aperture as possible(F/11, F/22 etc) as this allows the majority of the image to be in focus & also ensured that perfect details are captured by the photographer.
