INTRODUCTION TO THE HILL STATION “MOUNT ABU”

Mount Abu; ‘the abode of Gods’, ‘the heaven on Earth’, ‘the Kashmir of Rajasthan’ and many more are very popular phrases to define what Mount Abu is all about.

Mount Abu is the only hill station in the entire Rajasthan as well as north-west India. Situated at 1127 meters above sea level, you will find this place cool, with the amazing green dense forests all round, and a rich flora and fauna destination.
The place falls under the Sirohi district of southern Rajasthan. Mount Abu is the highest peak of the Aravalli range.

The Lavishing hill station whose sight enrolls the energetic feel in a tourist resides on the everlasting Aravalli. The hills pursue the residence of many Gods and Goddess. The eye catching ranges, peaks, valleys, mountains, greenery, lakes and exquisite flora and fauna do collectively make this wonderful place “An Oasis in the Desert”.

-The Mount abu wildlife sanctuary was established in 1960 and covers 290 km of the mountain. The nail biting lush green surrounding is still an unanswered question in the minds of various tourists who visit Mount Abu in the thundering monsoon.
